Let me start by talking about what ball busting is just in case someone is reading this and has no clue. Ball busting is when somebody inflicts pain on the testicles. This could include putting pressure on them. Or kicking them. Bruising them, twisting them… Really the options are endless.

Sometimes people call this cock and ball torture. But keep in mind that even though the word torture is used, this should still be consensual.

Ball busting usually involves one person busting someone else’s balls. What happens in double ball busting is that two people are busting one other person’s balls.

If you’ve never done either single ball busting or double ball busting there should be a lot of communication happening beforehand. Since pain is going to be involved, it’s best to talk about what behaviors are acceptable and what aren’t.
